This Tiki Bar is in very good condition. It was used one summer in NC. It has never be exposed to the elements. The picture shown is the bar set-up in NC. We moved to MD last year and are currently in a Townhome and do have an acceptable place to use the bar. It's currenly stored in downstairs storage room. This would make a perfect patio or pool addition. Pick-up required will help load and help remove top for loading and shipping. (336)406-0532
