Description

This is a great engine to buy for any car or truck project. The engine is about 100 percent complete. I have put alot of hours, and money put into this engine. i put in alot of new parts in the engine and reused some of the old engine parts in the engine as well. All of the parts are stock for the engine. I purchased the engine at a junk yard and completely changed it around from where it was. the previous owner didnt take care of the vehicle at all. i rebuilt the engine from the ground up. I need to sell this engine to start on another project. The things i have done to this engine is as follows:

Installed 8 brand new pistons
Installed all brand new piston rings
re-conditioned the connecting rod and installed
installed all 8 brand new connecting rod bearings
re-machined the crankshaft(within manfactuers specifications)
All brand new crankshaft bearings installed
brand new camshaft installed and lubed with start up lube grease
16 brand new valve lifters installed
16 brand new valve springs shims installed
16 brand new valve pushrods installed
8 brand new exhaust valves
8 brand new intake valves
16 brand new valve guides
re-conditioned valve rockers installed
valve rockers torqued to manufactuers specification
re-conditions oil pump installed and torqued to manufuactuers specification
re-conditioned oil pump line installed and torqued to manfactuers specification
Brand new water pump installed and toqued to manufactuers specification
Brand new gasket kit installed
re-condtioned cylinder head installed and torque to manufactuers specification
intalled the re-conditioned intake manifold within the manufactuers specification
the cylinders are bored .030 over, so the cylinders are 4.030 bored
repainted the engine with black engine paint to protect the engine from rust.
