Rainbow Printing of MD (Rosedale) on June 13 in the early morning hours of buisness proceeded to Layoff 7 employees in a seedy and cut throat manner much like they're buisness practice of hiring and firing of employee's and the way that they mishandle client accounts and continue to set a new industry low in aquiring new accounts. This is there first layoff but probally not there last. They proceeded to go outside any rules of seniority to Keep they're puppets and yes men and "fire"/layoff good people who have descency and family's to take care of. They snuck into to plant at 4:30 am (they meaning Joseph, and Robert Cavey, Mike Zigler, and Richard Keiser). They sent one Pressman from the 4 color home promising to clock him out, this pressman has been fired from there 2 times before; then Proceeded to Tell the rest of 3rd shift they were being layed off. They also Layed off 2 other members from 1rst and 2nd shift. This information is alledged by sources of integrity. AVOID WORKING HERE!
